Resistance Cooking

Resistance cooking is one of the actions performed in the frame of ARTBO weekend, celebrating the memory of the social struggles, Saturday 19 of may. A group of women with a history in resistance and life revindication, carried through a journey in the elaboration of tamales: hayacas from the plains and tamales of pipian from cauca.

The artist Maria Buenaventura, along with the guest cooks Elena Villamil, Aura Amelia Abrial and Lucila Ibañez invited to cook, learn the recipe and talk about their stories.
