Cocina Plural

Fiction Cook

Fiction Cook is project created by artists Carolina Rosso, Nicolás Bonilla and Paulo Licona. What would we eat in a post-apocalyptic time? The artists took over Cocina Plural and create a scenario where diners are invited to experience the act of eating and cooking in resourceful ways: cooking food in clay, trying dishes made with unusual ingredients such as crickets and ants and eating with the hands. Fiction Cook consisted in one open event during Artbo Weekend and two dinners in the month of June.
